In October of 1972, James Spero Demakes purchased the function facility, revising the name, to the familiar "Jimmy's Allenhurst". As the current owner, Mr. Demakes has expanded the facilities and restaurant to include a total of four beautiful, lavish ballrooms and an intimate cocktail room. Various exterior finishes and additions have been instrumental in creating a truly magnificent setting for weddings and many other special affairs.
