ProfileThe Dove House and Gatehouse at Lionsgate Center offers two unique country estates set among enormous trees wrapped in lights, expanses of lawns, flower gardens and large pavilions with ponds, fountains and sound systems - perfect for outside ceremonies. Ideal for groups from 20 to 500, with formal seating for up to 370 in our largest ballroom. Each facility is appointed with breathtaking architectural elements, art, antiques, fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and dance floors.
Clients may hire any caterer or self-catered events themselves with the assistance of Lionsgate’s professional staff. Clients are also allowed to bring in their own liquor (a huge savings)!
Base prices range from $1600 to $6800 and include tables, chairs, choice of over 50 colors of linens, plates, flatware, glassware, centerpieces, beverages (not including alcohol), wedding ceremony, total privacy, on site event manager and unlimited event planning assistance. An all inclusive vendor package can also be added on at an additional fee. Short notice discounts of 50% are offered for events booking less than 10 weeks in advance, and off season discounts are offered for the months of November, January, February and March.
