Kells offers some of Portland's most unique wedding party and banquet facilities and services. Located on the second floor of the 1889 Historic Glisan building, Kells provides an Irish ambiance with excellent service and outstanding food. Our elegant facility invites you and your guest to celebrate in the stately ballroom. We provide buffet or formal sit down service for receptions from 15-300 people.
