Win Your Wedding Gown Contest Rules for Dallas/Fort Worth

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
All winners must be at least 18 years of age to claim their prize or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. This contest is subject to all federal, state or local laws. All federal, state or other taxes arising from this contest are the winner's responsibility and will not be paid by The Perfect Wedding Guide of DFW, Inc.

Prizes will be awarded as stated on the official prize sheets for each individual contest for each individual Perfect Wedding Guide within The Perfect Wedding Guide of DFW, Inc.  The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entrants.

There can only be one winner per household within a thirty (30) day period and/or the length of a specific contest for a prize valued at a minimum of $50. Prize must be claimed within thirty (30) regular days of winning the prize or the prize is forfeited.

"Win Your Wedding Gown Contest" Winner Receives: Upto $1000 toward the purchase of her wedding gown or upto $1000 credit toward her wedding gown if already purchased.  Wedding Gown MUST be purchased at one of the participating salons listed on promotional materials for said gown giveawary. The $1000 or credit may only be used toward the purchase of the wedding gown.  All accessories, alteration, etc are the responsibility of the winner.  Perfect Wedding Guide is not responsible for any damages, replacements or lost gown by any third party and will not re-award prize.

All incidentals other than the actual items listed in the promotion / rules are at the expense of the Winner.

The Perfect Wedding Guide of DFW, Inc. is not responsible for the expiration date or restrictions put on prize by sponsor.

PWG Representative will award Winner in person or Winner will be contacted by The Perfect Wedding Guide of DFW, Inc. 4251 FM 2181. Ste 230/521, Corinth, Texas 76210.

The prize and any portion of the prize, is nontransferable and may not be redeemed in any way for cash or other goods. There will be no substitutions for prizes.

All taxes are the full responsibility of the winner. If the total prize value within one calendar year exceeds $600, Perfect Wedding Guide will provide the winner the appropriate tax form no later than January 31 of the following year.

All winners must present picture identification, address, phone number, and correct social security number in order to claim prize. Any winner refusing to meet these conditions will forfeit prize.

Employees of Perfect Wedding Guide and their immediate family, contest sponsors and all employees of other Perfect Wedding Guide franchises in the United States are not eligible to enter and/or win a contest.

Perfect Wedding Guide cannot be responsible for the technical failure in incoming or outgoing telephone, fax, or e-mail connections.

Entry into any Perfect Wedding Guide contest constitutes permission to use the name, likeness, pictures and voice of the participants for promotional purposes without compensation. Winners are required to sign a release form allowing Perfect Wedding Guide to use name, voice, and picture for promotional use. If asked, you agree to sign a release allowing Perfect Wedding Guide to use your name, picture, likeness, or voice for the purposes of future contest promotion.

Rules are available upon request at The Perfect Wedding Guide of DFW, Inc.  We reserve the right to change the rules, such changes to be effective upon announcement. All decisions of Perfect Wedding Guide are final.

No purchase necessary to win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning.

If you want to enter the contest without a purchase, you may enter by sending your name, address and telephone number and the words “General Contest Entry” as the subject in an email to dfw@pwg.com or by mailing that information on a 3" x 5" card in a sealed, addressed envelope and mailing or delivering to The Perfect Wedding Guide of DFW, Inc.. Multiple entries by means of software generated or other automated processes will be disregarded.

Perfect Wedding Guide reserves the right to terminate contesting at any time, termination to be effective upon announcement.

Perfect Wedding Guide is not responsible if contest sponsors or prize providers are unable to fulfill agreements made by sponsor and Perfect Wedding Guide.

If the winner is found to be in violation of one or more of the specific contest rules, Perfect Wedding Guide reserves the right to disqualify them and prohibit that individual from further participation in Perfect Wedding Guide contests indefinitely. To pick up a prize for someone else: Whoever is picking up the prize must have a copy of the winner's picture identification. The winner must also call and leave the name of the person picking up their prize with the Publisher of Perfect Wedding Guide market which they won from.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By entering the Contest, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and entrant waives his or her right to a jury trial for such disputes, claims, and causes of action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Contest, entrant agrees to hold Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and parents harmless from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind, including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury, and/or death, arising out of his or her participation in the Contest, and acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prizes in connection with the Contest. In addition, entrant agrees that the above-mentioned entities are in no manner responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Contest and/or the prize.


If a prize involves travel, winner and travel companion must agree to the airline's Terms and Conditions of travel. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed by winner; however, travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and/or change due to circumstances beyond Sponsors' and Administrators' control. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same dates, itinerary, and fare class. No extensions will be permitted, and any unused travel will be forfeited. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated. All tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand Prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code-share flights may be used. 

TEXAS LAW
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Texas, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Texas. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the valid or enforceable provision was not contained therein.

GENERAL RELEASE
By entering the Contest, contestants release Perfect Wedding Guide, its franchisees and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).
