For most of us, looking our best on our wedding day is a goal we make ourselves, for all our friends and family and for the pictures that last a lifetime. Luckily, there are websites built for your urgent weight-loss and toning goals. As someone who has checked out nearly every site in this field there is, and successfully shred 65 lbs using them, I’ve compiled the top 3 just for you.
1. Sparkpeople.com – This site was essential for giving me the knowledge (which equals power!) to be effective at reaching my goals and to create a habit out of fitness and nutrition. They’ve got a quick and easy meal-logging calorie counter, a great blog, informative articles and a fun community concept including your own profile and tons of discussion forums.

2. Beachbody.com – Beachbody has produced dozens of top-quality workout DVD’s that guarantee success and have a massive following of happy customers. You may have seen their infomercials on TV for the P90X, and if you have, then you know these workouts are no joke. I started the INSANITY program a few months before my wedding and lost 10 lbs and 3″ off my waist! Along with the workout you purchase, you get a nutrition plan and a free Beachbody Coach.

3. Shape.com - This is the web companion to SHAPE’s extremely popular print magazine. Online you will find magazine articles along with lots of additional content that will keep you motivated and entertained. My favorite is their annual “Bikini Body Countdown,” a series of six different workout plans that will keep you hooked month after month.
