This is a real wedding that screams Pinterest ideas! We are absolutely loving Rachel and Johnathan’s wedding and all of its fun details. Their adorable country chic ceremony and reception was hosted at the Windbeam Farm in Wisconsin and from the looks of it every one who attended was having a tremendous amount of fun!
Rachel’s stunning wedding dress came from JCrew and it is just astonishing on her! If the dress itself was not beautiful enough she added these white sparkly toms to her wedding day outfit. Toms are becoming beyond popular for brides and bridesmaids, Toms even has their own bridal collection (http://www.toms.com/collections/wedding-styles/brides/c)! So brides to be can have an easy look for toms designed for their wedding day!
It’s adorable how Rachel and Johnathan decided to assign their guests to their seats! On an empty wall the guests names were written down with their table number on a piece of paper. Then as a lovely accent, all of the table numbers look to be hand cut out and designed! Putting a personal touch on their reception details!
Rachel and Johnathan also created a handmade guest book (can you say yes please!), which they would later convert to a framed work of art, as each guest would sign on an extending tree branch making their attendance a memory for the bride and groom!
These pies make us think they reached straight into Pinterest grabbed the pies they wanted, and put them straight on the table. They are so adorably country chic! Looks like the guests’ agreed that the pies were irresistible!
And of course the reception was just as cute! Don’t you just love the “dance yer butt off” sign? The bride obviously was ready to dance as she celebrated her “I do’s”! If you have someone in your family who can play guitar or is in a band there is no need to hire a band. You can party all night long with friends and family playing their own music and covers!
Thanks to Erin Johnson Photography for capturing these special moments in time, and way to go Rachel and Johnathan for such terrific do it yourself ideas!
