With every wedding service you seek out, you’ll want to make sure that every detail is accounted for in your service contract. Here, a list of seven important items to include in the wedding planning contract details for your wedding flowers.

1. Contact Information:

Name, email address, and phone numbers for the wedding florist.

2. Point Person(s):

Names of all persons assigned to delivery and set-up of wedding flowers.

3. Day-of details:

Date, time, address of delivery location and the wedding ceremony and reception.

4. Monetary obligations:

Due dates of all deposits, final payments, and cancellation/refund policy.

5. Logistics and setup:

Number of vases and other supplies to accompany each floral arrangement and where to setup; exact name, color and price of each flower, centerpiece, bouquet, etc. selected; an alternative list of flowers in the event that the original selection is unavailable.

6. Itemized list of fees:

Service charges, delivery, setup, tax, etc.

7. Signatures of both parties:

Lastly, a signed copy of the contract with your signature and your florists signature
