Weddings with a vintage-theme seem bring something new and something old together, as many jewelers offer antique and vintage wedding bands that make the union one to remember. Jennifer Ganda, a manager of a jewelry boutique in Los Angeles, feels as though the vintage trend will not soon disappear, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Ganda also told the media outlet that it is important for brides and grooms to know the difference between vintage - 20 years or older - and antique - 50 years or older. Also, jewelry designers are creating vintage-inspired jewelry.
"Marriages lasted forever back then, so wearing a ring from that time can only bring good luck," Ganda told the news source.
This may also be the perfect time to purchase those wedding bands, as the holiday season brings significant discounts and sales that can help any couple
planning a wedding on a budget. For example, Mens-Wedding-Rings.com will be slashing prices more than half off, along with a number of other jewelers across the country.
