Planning for a wedding is far from cheap, and any little help a couple can get may go a long way. In East Brunswick, New Jersey, a local library decided to help out the brides in the area by providing an all-day sale of wedding dresses, according to the East Brunswick Patch.
Friends of the Library is the organization responsible for the event, and they will be offering brand new wedding dresses that start at $100, on Saturday July 30 starting at 9 a.m., according to the media outlet.
"It's a unique opportunity to find a one-of-a-kind brand new dress at a bargain basement price," Friends member and event organizer Willette Seibel told the news source. "Weddings are so expensive. This is a way of saving and still looking stunning."
According to WTOP-FM, there is also an application that brides-to-be can download on their smartphones that allows them to browse a whole series of different styles and cuts of wedding dresses, so they can search for them without even being in a store.
