Cheap Chic Weddings held their seventh annual Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Contest, with Susan Brennan taking the prize after she created a floral dress with four rolls of toilet paper, hot glue and packing tape, according to Fox News in Detriot.
Brennan's wedding dress design, which beat out 1,000 other participants across the country, was full of intricate designs of rosettes and feathers, all made of toilet paper. It was an elegant strapless that went straight down to her ankles and it took her a week to make, according to the news source.
"I wanted to create something elegant yet playfully sophisticated, and I wanted it to be full of detail," Brennan told the news source.
Brennan won $1,000 in prizes for snagging the top design award, the news channel reports.
According to FashionETC, the runner-ups were Laura Lee, who used five rolls to create a ruffle-tiered and sweetheart strapless dress, and Cynthia Richards, who used 20 rolls to create a lavish floral design. Lee won $500 and Richards won $250.
