What services do you provide?
Our wedding services include space for wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions, as well as catering. We can also assist you in planning other wedding-related events, such as your engagement party and rehearsal dinner.
Do you allow outside catering?
Since we are a full-service hotel, we do not allow outside catering to be brought in for events. We have many dinner options available in our wedding packages, and we are also happy to work with you to create a custom menu for your event. The exception to this rule is your wedding cake, which may be provided by an outside vendor.
Do you decorate?
We have an elegant house centerpiece option, which you may customize for your event. We also provide white floor-length table linens, as well as white or black napkins. For all other upgraded linens there is a charge, which varies depending on the color and material requested. We can also provide up-lighting in the room, for an additional fee. Ceiling draping and other types of advanced decorating services would need to be contracted through an outside vendor. We have several great contacts for these services, and we can work with you to find the vendor that best fits your needs!
What kind of menus do you offer?
We offer both plated dinners and buffet-style dinners. We also offer different packages for included cocktail hour & butler-passed hors d'oeuvres with dinner. Upon purchasing one of our wedding packages, we waive bartender fees for an additional cash bar (after cocktail hour). We customize and build menus for our clients, too! Just speak with our Wedding Coordinator!
Do you have room blocks for overnight guests?
Yes, we put together room blocks at discounted rates for overnight guests. We also have courtesy room blocks, which consist of 3 rooms. Any room blocks larger than 3 become subject to "attrition", which means that we charge you for all the rooms in your room block if at least 90% of them are not filled. All overnight guests are welcome to participate in our Evening Reception, which occurs from 5:30-7:30 each evening at our bar; as well as our famous complimentary breakfasts. Breakfast is from 6-9 AM during the week and from 7-10:30 AM on weekends and holidays.
What is a "Food & Beverage Minimum," and how does it work?
In signing a Catering Contract with us, you agree to either meet or exceed a certain amount (to be disclosed in the contract), which we call a "Food & Beverage Minimum." For catered events, we waive room rental fees. If your event falls short of the F&B Minimum, we charge to make up for the remaining balance.
How can I reserve venue space?
We can place a courtesy hold on a venue for 2 weeks. After the 2-week period, we require that a contract be signed and a deposit be made.
