We had our questions answered when needed. We were most happy when left to do our registering on our own, as opposed to having a staff member follow us around. They were doing their job, we know, and they did it well, although we were more into doing our registry alone.

We had a good experience with Bed, Bath and Beyond's registry services. All the staff we worked with were very nice, and did their best to help us. Most of the products we received we good quality, but I definitely recommend seeing items in the store, rather than just viewing them online. The return policy is great, so that made things much easier when we did receive items we that were defective or not what we had hoped. Also, make sure to read everything in the packet before you start registering, there is helpful information but they didn't go over it with us in detail.

We created our registry at Bed Bath and Beyond. What a great experience! We went on a busy Saturday but did not have to wait and everyone who greeted us was very pleasant. Vanessa worked with us to suggest items from each room, but was sure to let our personalities shine through. I would 100% suggest using BB&B for your registry, and if you're in GR come to this one and get Vanessa to help you!
