Q What is "Day-Of" Coordination?

When your big day arrives, the last thing you want to be doing is running around, trying to make sure everything is in place, people are where they are supposed to be, etc. A coordinator is there to make sure everything is flawless on your big day. While you are relaxing with family and friends, the coordinator is taking care of all the details. On the "Day-Of" your wedding, your personal wedding planner(s) will spend the entire wedding day with you, to make sure your big day runs smoothly. Your wedding planner will coordinate vendors, organize your attendants, help guide your guests where they need to go and what to do, and attend to those little wedding day "emergencies" that no bride, groom or parent should have to worry about or attend to on such an important day!

Q Do you offer "Day-Of" services?

Yes we do! Bellissima Occasions offers "Day-of Wedding Coordination" allowing you a wonderful time focusing on getting married and enjoying your family and friends. Our Day-of Coordination guarantees you a professional planner(s) to produce your perfect day. We help guide you through the last few weeks of your planning. We are there the entire day for you overseeing vendors, running interference, making sure the decor is set up to your specifications. We will also be there after the last guest leaves making sure that nothing is left behind.

Bellissima Occasions helped me plan my wedding, and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience. Kimberly Vines, the owner, was attentive to me from the beginning, sending me beautiful Thank You cards and always calling me when she promised she would. I started working with Kim in February for a June wedding. I had nothing ready, no reception hall, no cake, no flowers. And I was terrified. But Kim found vendors for me and set up consultations and even came with me to my appointments. Within a month and a half I went from having nothing to feeling like I was about to have my dream wedding. Kim understood that I was on a tight budget, helped me through uncertain moments and, on my wedding day, she worked tirelessly to turn my wedding dream into a reality. AND my friends now love her. They’ve been telling me they want to plan an event just so they can work with Kim.
