Is my event the only event held that day?
Yes! Our event host will be available to assist you on the day of your exclusive event and throughout the entire planning process.
Can we bring our own food and beverages?
Absolutely! We understand that each client has his or her own taste and budget. As a huge savings to you, you may bring all food that is provided by a licensed caterer. All beverages (including alcohol) can be brought in as long as it is served by an insured vendor.
Do you have a list of preferred vendors?
Yes, we are happy to provide a list of the area's top caterers, photographers, florists, and much more.
When do I get access to the building?
You and your vendors are guaranteed access to the building at least two hours prior to your event. If additional time is needed, we will work with you at an hourly rate that is stated on the contract.
How long can my event last?
A typical event is an 8 hour time block. This includes 2 hours prior to the event, 5 hours for the event itself, and 1 hour for clean-up at the conclusion. If additional time is needed we will work with you at an hourly rate stated on the contract.
What is included in the rental of the space?
You'll have exclusive use of the 10,000 sq. ft. building for 8 hours, all tables and chairs for up to 175 guests, a Bridal Suite, Groom's Lounge, 17x17 Dance Floor, Outdoor Garden, Limo and a Day of Event Coordinator.
Can I host my ceremony at The Carnegie, too?
Yes! the ceremony takes place in the Grand Ballroom. After the ceremony, our venue offers a great location to host a cocktail hour while the Grand Ballroom is transformed into seating (with optional dance floor) for your wedding reception.
