Conroy Catering Company was founded in 1983 by Beth and Jack Conroy as an off premise catering company based initially in Chester County and eventually in Philadelphia. In 1997, they acquired the Knowlton Mansion property and after a complete renovation and the addition of a spectacular conservatory style ballroom and state of the art catering kitchen, Knowlton Mansion opened its doors to the public. Nearly 30 years and thousands of weddings and special events later Conroy Catering and Knowlton Mansion remain amongst the most highly regarded caterers and event venues in Philadelphia. Today, Conroy Catering employs more than 100 professionals who share in Jack and Beth’s dedication to exceptional quality in food and service.
