I hired Meghan and Sara for my wedding day-of coordination last month and can sincerely say they went above and beyond to make the entire experience perfect for both my husband and I. Since our wedding venue was a pretty blank canvas, I had a very specific vision in my mind of what I wanted it all to look like, feel like, etc. To say that Meghan and Sara simply plucked my ideas off my Pinterest board and made it happen would be a gross understatement; I never could have imagined how beautiful every detail would turn out and how natural the timing of the whole day and night would feel. Top three qualities I appreciated most: 1- They work well with others. Sounds elementary, but doesn't always work that way when there are a bunch of vendors across industries with lots of different personalities, ideas, etc. I had multiple vendors reach out to me after our wedding to compliment these ladies and I think that's very telling. Even though the majority of our wedding vendors were strangers prior to our big day, it felt like they had all been working together for years to put our wedding on and Meghan and Sara were at the heart of that. 2- Efficiency & attention to detail. I think it was one of our groomsmen, actually, who pointed out that our wedding rehearsal was the most efficient one he'd ever been to. After going to about 13 weddings in 3 years, I couldn't agree more and think their planning on the frontend (and wonderful personalities) helped that easy ceremony rehearsal translate into the most efficient wedding. Ever. Every minute was utilized and felt meaningful. And that's a great Segway for 3- They're cool under pressure. With 200 people at any event, it's guaranteed that not everything will go perfectly and there were definitely a few hiccups on our big day. I knew about some (like the trolley never showing up for our first look) and there were some I didn't know about until recently (like how we drank the bar out of booze). Let me just say these girls know how to treat brides because they've BEEN brides. I think part of their expertise comes from the fact that within the past few years, they've been the ones in the wedding dress with 100+ people waiting to celebrate with them, and have probably been to/in even more weddings than me. So it's obvious they know how it feels and how they'd want a situation to be handled. All I can say is they helped handle any issues in the month following my wedding in the most professional, but assertive, way which further impressed me and kept me out of the loop on my special day meaning, I didn't know about ANY issue that popped up, my husband and I always had food on our plates, we always had drinks in our hand, and we had the most sentimental and fun day and night of our lives. The real testament to how pleased I was with their work is that I've already hired them for my niece's Bat Mitzvah in August! Can't wait to work with them again.
