I used their photobooth for my wedding and ordered a scrapbook along with it, with the concept being that an extra photo strip would be placed in the scrapbook and the guests in the photo could then sign the page. We did not have a traditional guest book at all. I have paperwork and payment for this item. It was not brought to the venue. The attendant called, and instead of admitting the mistake and offering to bring one over, they said it was a MY mistake somehow with the paperwork (I reiterate that I have documentation of ordering and paying for this item), and that they could mail me one at a later date or reimburse me. Neither option solved the problem, as the whole point was for guests to be able to sign it. I had to call back myself to have someone bring one over. I should not have had to spend any part of my wedding day dealing with this, and this should have been the immediate solution offered since apparently it was an option. I understand mistakes happen but the way I was shrugged off until I took it upon myself to speak with someone is absolutely unacceptable. I don't believe I even got an apology. I was also told they would still reimburse me for it, and while I did not request a reimbursement, that hasn't happened either.
On another note, the props were nothing like what is pictured the website. It honestly seemed like my wedding was completely forgotten about and they scraped the bottom of the barrel at the last second. They were ratty and embarrassing. They were also sitting in a box on the ground that everyone had to paw through instead of being laid out on a table so guests could see what was available. The attendant did not explain where to look and we had to ask her to readjust the camera bc it wasn't even capturing guests at first. I have been to a lot of weddings and this was just the worst overall experience I have ever had with a photo booth.
