Q What days of the week can you host a wedding?

We offer fabulous packages for weddings every day of the week.

Q Can I bring in my own food and beverage?

The Elms is a full service hotel and spa so all food and beverage except for your wedding cake will be provided by the Elms.

Q Can I bring in my own vendors?

Of course! We love working with our fellow wedding vendors. Please just remember all food and beverage comes from the Elms except for the wedding cake.

Q What does it cost to rent the space?

Typically our rentals for a ceremony or reception site is $1,250.

Q Do I need to hire a wedding coordinator?

The Elms provides a certified day of planner, who also assists throughout the entire planning process.

Q Can I have a rehearsal the day before?

We supply each of our clients with a rehearsal location the day before, which is complimentary. The rehearsal will be coordinated by one of our certified wedding professionals.

Q Can I host my rehearsal dinner at the Elms?

Of course! We have multiple intimate locations that would provide the perfect backdrop for your rehearsal dinner.

Q Do I have access to take photos on your grounds the day of my wedding?

Our brides always have access to our 16 acres for photos and all of our public spaces.

Q Are you flexible with food and beverage options?

We strive to compliment each palette. We offer a range of hors d' oeuvres, plated meals and buffet options for your upcoming event.

Q If I have a plated meal can I give my guests multiple options.

Of course! We allow our brides to supply their guests with up to four plated options.

Q Do you offer different pricing for children?

Yes. You can choose to serve a child the same entree as an adult for half of the adult price or a more child friendly meal at $9.95 per person.

Q Do I need to hire my own staffing?

no. The Elms provides you with a professional team of banquet servers, bartenders and chef attendants.

Q How late can my event be hosted in the event space?

Our clients gain access to their event space starting at 8am the day of the event and their reception can be hosted until 12am.

Q Do I need to have my family clean up after the event?

No. The Elms provides all of the set up and tear down.

Q Can I get a discounted block of rooms for my guests?

Yes. We would love to host your guests for your upcoming event. Each client has the opportunity to create a block of rooms, which supplied their guests with a discounted room rate.

Q Do you have a suite for the couple?

Yes. The Elms provides a complimentary suite for each of our couples the evening of their event.

Q How much is the deposit?

The Elms requires a $1,500 deposit due when wedding contract is returned. The deposit will go towards your final invoice.

Q When is my final invoice due?

After your initial deposit the remainder amount will be due ten days prior to your event date.
