june reception at embassy suites
I booked my wedding reception almost a year in advance at the Embassy Suites. A few months later I learned that the coordinator I booked with had left her position. Needless to say I was a little stressed out to be working with someone new, even if my wedding was still months away. I was completely proven wrong. Lauren Mestas, the new coordinator, met with my fiance and I right away. She put us at ease and continued to do so throughout the months leading up to the wedding. Lauren was able to answer all of my questions in the quickness I expected. She went above and beyond by answering my massive requests for extra rooms to be opened up for our out of town family and friends. Two weeks before our wedding she went out of her way again by finding a way for our ballroom to be set up a little early so that our family’s band could set up their equipment before the wedding. The actual reception went off without a hitch. Before leaving for the night Lauren introduced us to another member of the staff that would be available to help us, answer questions, etc. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about Lauren, and the Embassy Suites as a whole. The food was delicious, the ballroom was beautiful, and I was relaxed the entire night. I would happily recommend them to other brides!
