I am guessing that each year you receive many letters of “thanks” because of your wonderful Heritage Shore Team and your outstanding catering and banquet accommodations. My wife and I are proud to offer another letter to your collection. We had the privilege and good fortune to have our daughter’s wedding rehearsal, wedding ceremony and reception at Heritage Shores. From the first day Stefanie met with my wife and daughter to the day she turned them and the planning over to Katie, everything was choreographed flawlessly. The cost of the facility and services provided was money well spent. The total event package showed great attention to detail (many details) and organizational skills that would be hard to match by others. Not one glitch or hitch was noted during all three activities under the Heritage Shores staff’s responsibility and control. I do wish to point out Debbie Martino, the Banquet Manager, as a person who went way above and beyond. What a trooper, 97 degrees outside and she was tying bows on chairs, making sure everything was lined up correctly, picking up bits of paper that blew in from somewhere, asking if the bridal party needed water, and so much more. She just seemed to enjoy taking ownership of our daughter’s wedding and wanted it to be perfect, just as if it was her daughter. She followed every detail that was agreed to and provided so many professional touches that none of us would have ever thought of. Her and her staff under her leadership showed skills, organizational abilities and experience at the wedding reception that made one and all feel comfortable and special. Not one complaint was heard from over 130 people in attendance. My wife and I received many comments about how wonderful the event was and how great the food and service were.
