Can we bring in our own caterer?
No. The Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites does provide all food and beverage to all events here at the hotel.
Can we bring in our own cake or cupcakes for the wedding?
Yes, we do allow these food items to be brought into the hotel.
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
Yes. However, you can book whoever you would like. Our list is simply created to give you a starting point and to let you know who has worked with us a lot and who we would highly recommend for you.
When is our final count due?
Your final guest count will be due 3 business days prior to your wedding.
Do we have an onsite wedding planner?
Julia Hopper is our Wedding Sales Manager and she will book the wedding with you, detail your wedding with you, and will be her onsite the day of your wedding. If you want additional help booking wedding vendors or planning the day logistics outside of the wedding reception then you would want to look into booking yourself a wedding planner. We have some great recommendations for those as well!
Do you have an outdoor ceremony or reception space?
No. All our wedding space is located inside but it is beautiful and we provide separate rooms for each event!

What is a food and beverage minimum?
The food and beverage minimum is an amount that you have to spend in food or beverage in order to waive rental fees for your wedding space.
What is your food and beverage minimum for a Friday, Saturday or Sunday wedding?
Our food and beverage minimums range between $4,000 and $15,000 depending on your specific needs. We customize our food and beverage minimums to accommodate what each bride is looking for in regards to a plated meal vs. buffet meal and a cash bar vs. hosted bar.
