Thanks to the Hyatt the best wedding I've ever been to was my own!
My fiance (now husband) and I knew that we needed to have our reception in a hotel due to about 90% of our guests being from out of town. We wanted to make the wedding weekend as stress-free as possible for our family and friends. The wedding coordinator (Whitney) was extremely responsive to any request that I made, and emailed me back within a day of any question I had for her. I was a little picky with the menu for the sit-down dinner as I did not want to serve chicken and wanted a French menu. All three options (the beef tournados, rack of lamb, and sea bass) were absolutely delicious. Also, my husband and I did not want to have a cake, but rather a crepe bar. The Hyatt delivered big on this and the crepe bar was a huge hit at the wedding. I received so many compliments from many people on the quality of the food. For the money we spent on the wedding, we got a great value! In terms of flexibility, I really don’t think the Hyatt could have worked with us more. The weekend of the wedding went so smoothly. The VIP manager, Keith, worked so hard to ensure that myself, my husband, and our parents lived like kings for the weekend. Keith even made sure the junior bridesmaids had sparkling grape juice in the morning when the girls were getting ready since the rest of us were having mimosas. This attention to detail really made our wedding day amazing. Everyone says that your wedding day flies by and you barely get a moment to sit back and appreciate it. This is so not true. When it came to the wedding day, Whitney, Keith, and the rest of the Hyatt staff made sure that my husband and I got to sit back, relax, and take in every moment of our special day. As a result, we have amazing memories that we will cherish forever!
