On Sept 7th, we had our daughter's wedding dinner and reception at the Marriott Country Club Plaza. We had dinner for 150 people. The food was wonderful. My daughter selected the ham and brisket combo. We receive lots of compliments on the food. The reception was wonderful. We had approximately 270 guests. We had two bars and a dance floor.
I can't say another about the staff. Anna, the wedding coordinator, is very personal and professional. She gave us excellent suggests on the set up of the room to handle the dinner then the "flip" of the room for the reception. Everything she promised we received.
The bell and front desk staff were outstanding. We had many out of town guests and many of the bridal party stayed at the hotel. They were so friendly and accommodating. As the frantic mother of the bride, the staff was patience and fulfilled all my wishes, including extra rooms, assisting in our arrival and departures with all the boxes and boxes of "stuff". I don't know how many times, I lost room keys but every time I needed another, they had a smile on their face.
I would strongly recommended this hotel for your wedding dinner and/or reception. You are definitely treated as a "person" not a number. And the staff does everything possible to make your day special.
