L'Etoile Events was AWESOME to work with for my son's wedding! The bride and groom initially thought they didn't need a wedding planner, but once they met with Teresa (the owner) they realized they could not do everything themselves and it was the best decision ever! Teresa has a network of vendors that she can make recommendations from for photography, DJ, flowers, etc. and the ones we chose were wonderful. Teresa had a timeline for the bride and groom and made sure their tasks were completed on time. A complete itinerary was provided for the day before and the day of the wedding to be sure everyone involved knew when and where they were supposed to be. There was a lot of drama the week before the wedding (bride in the hospital) and Teresa went above and beyond to be sure everything went smoothly and it turned out to be the most beautiful day!

Teresa is wonderful! She is extremely passionate, professional, and great to work with! Bonus - She has lots of great decor and is a wonderful stylist. Cannot recommend her enough!!!

Teresa was lovely to work with and helped with everything in the month leading up to the wedding. She was extremely hands on with the projects I was needing help with. She also helped really bring our vision (with only 1 month to go) come together and added elements that were very important! As someone who has never planned a wedding before, having a professional was really important to the overall look and feel for our big day. She also assisted with big projects the week of the wedding, including helping to put together the flowers, which we decided to do on our own. My only regrets for our wedding were not finding Teresa at L'Etoile Events SOONER!! My greatest advice for any bride is to hire a wedding planner.

When we met with Teresa and her assistant we knew right away that we were going to hire them. The easy rapport we enjoyed combined with learning about their backgrounds gave us confidence that they could help us realize the vision we had for our special day.
They asked about our history and lives to understand what type of event this would be and then helped us prioritize and refine our many ideas into a clearer plan. They prepared a 'task' timeline that enabled us to focus on one thing at a time which essentially kept us on the path through the forest as opposed to getting lost in the trees.
We did not have a specific date in mind when we started but they understood our desire to 'just do it'. They proposed a date that was meaningful and we had a short window of a few months to get everything set.
Teresa and her assistant developed a couple of themes and venue options for us which were vastly different and walking thru the scenarios enabled us to pinpoint what we really wanted. With this information, Teresa had draft invitations prepared which were perfect.
With the date, location and design chosen, the girls then reviewed our budget with us and it was obvious that we were spending more than originally targeted. With a revised budget, they helped us navigate the decisions we still had to make and kept us appraised of the financial impact of each option. Teresa helped create a wonderful menu and we received numerous compliments such as 'the best wedding food ever' (Georgia's Catering). Teresa also worked with the flower vendor to create the most perfect corsages and boutonnieres.
They provided helpful advice with regards to reducing our guest list (one of the biggest challenges) and helped us refine the dcor to be simple, cohesive and tasteful (and within budget).
They also met with our friends who were involved to get to know them and what role they were playing.
It was such a wonderful event. The happiest day of my life. Everyone should be so lucky!
