Our tent site has been designed to accommodate up to 200 plus people. All the food is prepared on premises and served on chinaware accompanied by stemware glasses and silverware, not to mention our beautiful table and chair linen. Southern Ulster County in New York with its country setting,creates a premier location for your wedding located 75 miles north of NYC. Our personal service,attention to every detail and affordable prices makes us stand out from the rest. We are a family owned and operated catering facility providing individual planning and customized packages. Our delicious food is prepared on premise and we use only the finest ingredients. We book only one event a day so not only can you choose your hours but your guests can enjoy the grounds exclusively. You won't see any other brides or wait in line for anything! Your the only bride and groom making you feel as special as you are. This is your day and we cater to your every need. When you have an on site ceremony your event is six hours. The first hour is set for the actual ceremony giving your guests time to arrive, reunite and enjoy the outdoors. We provide an air conditioned bridal suite for your wedding party to enjoy while you wait to make your grand entrance! Your matre'd is always there assuring all runs smoothly, working along with your DJ and photographer and walking you through every step. Your wedding is as unique as you are and we provide a list of officiates to choose from or you can bring your own. Immediately following your ceremony you'll form a receiving line to allow your family and friends to offer their congratulations. They will then enter the tent where the reception begins. We have a cart for gifts and a locked mailbox for your cards along with a table where your seating cards and guest book is placed. Your guests will proceed to the bar and hors d'oeuvres table to start enjoying cocktail hour. Our professional staff dressed in white tuxedo shirts, black bow ties and white gloves elegantly serve your guests butler style. And while your cocktail hour is underway the bridal party is escorted to our other gazebo area with the river backdrop for your group pictures. Your personal waitress will take your drink order and bring your hors d'oeuvres outside so you don't miss a thing! After all, it is your day. When your getting married at church and not on site, your reception is a five hour event. Again you'll choose your hours to coordinate with your ceremony and travel time. Whether you choose buffet or banquet style (sit down plated dinner) your choices of food are numerous and our beautiful wedding cakes are also included in the per person price. Our liquor policy is quite unique as well. We now offer four liquor options. We offer an event with no liquor at the current pricing. You may bring your own and pay a fee of $100.00 per bartender. Mixers, juices and garnishes are provided for an additional $3.00 per person. It is quite cost effective as well and not only do you choose what to serve, we pack up the left overs for you to take home. A beer and wine package and full bar event is available as well. I always stress your DJ is your party so I also have a recommendation list to help make your planning easier. Our sunsets are absolutely breathtaking and they create a gorgeous golden glow throughout the tent. After the sun sets our lighting and candles create a romantic setting and our outdoor torches provide a summer mood. Our prices are all inclusive with the exception of our bartenders, liquor and on site ceremony.
