Hello! My name is Lyndsay Hogan, owner/health and fitness coach of Motivated Mind & Body. Your new, private fitness training destination! My goal as a fitness professional is to use my experience in nutrition and specific program design to help my clients achieve health and fitness goals they never imagined possible. I believe a customized exercise and nutrition program with a good support team is the correct path for success. I have helped clients of all ages and fitness levels lose weight, get fit and healthy, and relieve pain with my specialized programs. Q What exercises should I do?

This is another question with very specific answers for each individual client. An exercise program is exactly that, a PROGRAM. It shouldn't be just a bunch of random exercises thrown together to torture you hopefully into your dream waist size. It should be customized to fit all of your needs. During your Consultation I will ask questions about any current or former injuries, any medications you are on, and any pain you might be experiencing. I will also ask you what types of exercise you enjoy. With all these answers I can design a program to not only get you to your goals but to get you there as efficiently and safely as possible. We can even work on improving joint pain and back pain in the process. It not just about looking your best on your big day but also feeling your best!

I don’t believe I’ve ever met someone in this line of work like her! She genuinely cares so much for her clients, and will stop at nothing to see that they do well. Knowledgable and caring trainer

I just started working with Lyndsay a few weeks ago and I’m very impressed with her personal touch and individualized approach to my overall health and fitness goals. I have already started to see results in my weightloss, endurance in cardio and strength/balance training. After trying and failing so many times to lose weight I finally feel this time I will have lasting results. I have been going to Lyndsay for the last 1 1/2 years, only 2 sessions per week. Despite the seemingly short work out times, I have seen such positive changes in my overall health and fitness. I am stronger, have more endurance, have decreased body fat significantly (from 28% to 22%), and gone from size 9 to size 4 jeans. Lyndsay’s total fitness approach and extensive knowledge of metabolism and musculature has helped me to trim down and be more healthy. She has also worked with my complex medical issues to balance out my strengths, and I have less back and leg pain. I would highly recommend her, whether you just want to fit into your dress and beach bikini, or if you want to seriously change yourself,your body, for the better, for life…

Excellent Trainer (and person)!

I came to Lyndsay two years ago needing a push, needing someone to help me be accountable for my motivation and to my transformation. Lyndsay designed–at the fairest price I can think of–my workout and nutrition plans, took my measurements, and gave me both short-term and long-term goals. Each time–usually every month or so–that I hit a plateau either in weight loss or strength gains, Lyndsay redesigned/edited my program so that I could continue to progress. Her insights and instructions are SUPER clear, helpful, and positive. Her motivational techniques–mostly because she lives extraordinarily healthy herself–are top-notch and always useful.
