Beautiful and Organized

The wedding was amazing! Katie and her staff rocked! Everything flowed flawlessly without any hiccups. While planning the wedding, Katie always answered my emails within minutes of me sending them, even on her days off! I’ll definitely be recommending the Hall of Champions to other brides!

Wonderful!

5/ 5

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about the NCAA. We held our wedding and our reception there on May 10, 2014 and it could not have gone better. From the very beginning, Katie Putnam was a dream to work with. The prices were so reasonable compared to other venues and believe me, I researched a lot. Katie answered every question I had, made sure my fianc√© and I were comfortable with all decisions, and kept us well informed through the entire process. I never had one doubt that the wedding or reception would be anything short of perfect and the food was phenomenal. The day of, the entire staff made sure everything went off without a hitch and I cannot say enough good things about them. I would recommend them all day long as well as Katie. If your researching your venue, please check them out. You can’t beat the gorgeous view from the ballroom overlooking White River.

Perfect Day!

5/ 5

We hosted our daughter’s reception at the Hall of Champions. The team was very helpful, responsive and professional. Katie Putnam was great to work with! The food was fantastic and the venue is beautiful. There was a large wall of windows that had a wonderful view of the city! We also had an area where our guests could sit outside. Compared to other venues the pricing is very fair and competitive. We would highly recommend it! It was a perfect day!

AMAZING!!

5/ 5

My wedding was recently held in the new NCAA Ballroom. The venue was absolutely PERFECT! Our guests commented throughout the entire night that the ballroom was unique and beautiful in large part due to the floor to ceiling windows overlooking White River Park. Kelly Kees (the wedding coordinator at the NCAA) was a huge part of our wedding going flawlessly. Kelly was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process. All costs were brought to our attention prior to signing the contract and there were zero surprises along the way. The catering staff was extremely nice and on top of everything. The food was delicious! We had a buffet and there was plenty of food left over after all of our guests went through. Our wedding was the second wedding to be held in the new NCAA ballroom and yet the entire ceremony and reception went extremely smoothly. I believe picking a location is the hardest decision regarding planning a wedding. I was absolutely thrilled with my husband and my decision to hold our wedding at the NCAA ballroom. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the NCAA ballroom and Kelly Kees!

My daughters reception

5/ 5

Planning a wedding has many moving parts, but when you choose a place for the reception, to cater 300 people, you want to make sure things run smoothly. When my both of my daughter’s and I met with the NCAA – it really set the tone for how the day would go. They were accommodating, responsive, and so professional. The food choices were wonderful, and the overall night was tremendous. Having the reception so close to the canal gave so many wonderful choices for photographs. It was truly the best day.. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Such a Romantic Night!

5/ 5

We (the couple), our twelve-person wedding party and all our guests adored our reception at the Christine Grant Ballroom! We shared a lovely evening on the Canal full of delicious desserts, great dancing, and the kindest crew we could imagine. Katie Putnam deserves a special review all her own. Katie responded to every email (I planned the wedding a state away) with care and was so helpful during our final planning stages, even the day before the reception and during. I can’t speak highly enough of the care Katie gave to us bride and groom. If you’re looking a reception venue in Downtown Indianapolis, you NEED to choose the NCAA Hall of Champions! You will not regret working with them!
