The Northern Virginia Chocolate Fountain is a 3 tiered , stainless steel tempering pot that operates with an electric pump. The fountain contains 15 pounds of specially blended molten chocolate that flows down the fountain in a fondue fashion, allowing the skewered fruits, cheeses, and pastries to be dipped in the chocolate cascade. The medium fountain is 16 inch in diameter, stands 2 1/2 feet tall and can accommodate a gathering of 300 guests. When coupled with a traditional desert table , it adds both originality and a stunning presentation. Not to mention the incredible smell of chocolate in the air.
