Out of the corporate kitchen and into a food truck, Chef Daniel has always had a passion for all things culinary. He strives to cultivate and cook in a way that celebrates our local area. Not only do his menus reflect his eclectic and varied skill, but they also demonstrate a wide range of influences from coasts and continents. This Florida Chef from Windermere lays claim to his creative cornerstone from the Culinary Institute of America. By earning competitive internships in Napa Valley, California and ultimately his degree of completion in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Daniel has literally taken his solo venture to tread with his food truck O-Town Eats. Chef Daniel has already made successful transitions from the corporate and private sectors to even a private chef at sea. Driven by social responsibility and accountability, he now aims to offer a menu that remains consistent in the ledge to be local, fresh and seasonal.
