Sure we’ve been around for nearly eight decades (gosh, we feel old all of a sudden), but we weren’t always rich & famous. Our owners humbly started as dishwashers at the Prom Ballroom in Saint Paul and quickly turned it into a thriving catering business overnight (or at least that’s how it feels to us). We are proud to say that since 1941 we’ve successfully catered over 20,000 events which means we have experience on speed dial. We transform food into art, decor into an experience, and water into wine. Okay, maybe the last one is not quite the truth but how cool would it be if we could, right? Nevertheless, our reputation precedes us the way lighting precedes thunder. We are Envision Catering, a not-so-ordinary caterer composed of not-so-ordinary employees.
