Q Is there a ceremony fee?

Yes, we offer a $1500 ceremony fee for the beach and a $1000 ceremony fee for the Ocean View Terrace. The South Beach Marriott will provide the setup, breakdown, chairs and indoor backup. Q How much is valet parking?

There is a discounted valet parking rate of $20.00 per car for day guests with the event. You can either pay this charge for your guests, or your guests will be charged individually.

Q What does ++ mean?

++ represents state & local tax (9%) and (24%) taxable service charge added to all Food & Beverage and room facility fee.

Q What is the minimum and maximum number of guests?

Our property can accommodate a maximum of 110 guests banquet style and 175 reception style.

Q Do I have a choice on my linens?

Yes, South Beach Marriott includes white full-length tablecloths and napkins for your event. However, if you would like a color to complement your theme, we do offer an upgraded linen package and chair covers or chiavari chairs for an additional fee. Please speak with your catering sales manager or wedding coordinator for pricing.

Q Can I provide my own outside catering company?

No. South Beach Marriott is the sole vendor responsible for all catering needs on property.

Q Can I provide my own alcoholic beverages for the event?

No. South Beach Marriott is the sole vendor responsible for all (specifically alcoholic) beverage needs on property.

Q Can I taste the food prior to my wedding?

Yes. Tasting events are arranged prior to the event. Our wedding planner will schedule the Tasting at your convenience. We can accommodate a maximum of 4 attendees for the Tasting.

Q Is the total of the event taken into consideration for room rates?

Yes. We will take into consideration, your event expenditures, when providing you with a room rate.
