Seating for up to 250 seated guests, or 300 in Cocktail Style. Space includes a dance floor and a band area. Q What is the capacity for ceremony?

Up to 250 people with two main bars, indoors and outdoors. The ceremony takes place on the outdoor patio looking at the magnificent view of the Harborview community.

Q How much does the site fee cost and what is the duration of a wedding?

Our site rental fee ranges from $5000-$8000 based on the amount of food and beverage revenue. Smaller weddings site rental fee is higher than a large wedding since the food and beverage revenue is smaller. To qualify for the lowest site rental fee your food and beverage revenue must exceed $12,000 before tax and service fee. Your ceremony time does not count, after the ceremony you have 1 hour for cocktail hour and 3 hours reception. It is possible to extend the event based on your mood and your request to keep the bars open.

Q What is the parking situation?

For all weddings we offer free 24 hours parking! Your guests may choose to leave their cars at the parking lot and come the next day for pick-up. This is really important when your guests are not forced to drive while intoxicated.

Q How many bathrooms does your facility has?

The first floor offers 4 bathrooms which are handicap accessible, and 5 bathrooms on the second floor.

Q Do you an elevator?

Indeed, your guests can choose to use the elevator or the stairs to the second floor. The first floor where the ceremony and the cocktail hour takes place does not need and elevator.

Q What kind of food do you offer?

Our menu is eclectic and encompasses a variety of world cuisines.

Q Do you offer wedding cake? What if I want to bring my own?

Of course, you will meet with our pastry chef and will have a cake tasting after you lock in the date. Our prices are based on how elaborate your wedding cake is. We are very competitive. If you prefer to bring your cake it is okay with us. We need a food waiver signed by the baker and you which holds Tabrizi's harmless from any liability. Also there is a $2.50 per person cutting and serving fee if you bring your own cake. If the cake is made by Tabrizi's the cutting fee is waived.

Q How long before the event can my vendors access the facilty for setup?

We welcome your vendors to work with us since we know more about the facility layout etc. They have up to 5 hours access before the event starts.

Q Can our guests walk down the pier?

Yes. However liquor consumption is not allowed on the Pier nor glassware.

Q What is required to lock in a date? And how soon do I need to pay for the event?

A deposit of $3000 is required to lock in a date which will be applied toward the final balance. Your final payment along with a final head count is due 10 days prior the event.

Q Can I taste the food?

Yes, after your initial deposit and as we get closer to the "Big Day" you and your fiance will be invited as our guests to taste anything you wish from our catering menu, we will pair the wines with dinner so you can have a full idea what is served and how we do things. Later you can tell us what you have chosen and we will transfer your choices into a contract.

Q What kind of bar options do I have?

We offer three tier Open Bar options: A Beer/Wine/Juice/Sodas Rail Bar with domestic beers and mid range wines and liquor, and a premium bar with top shlef liquor, wine and beers.

Q Do you have ideas about weddings?

As a professional who has been in the business for over 30 years, Michael Tabrizi has seen many brides performing beautiful touchy and romantic ideas. You have the option to come with a sail boat to Tabrizi's as a single woman(we will arrange for a slip to dock) and leave married with your guests whishing you farewell with sparkles on the pier!

Q Do you recommend certain hotels or vendors?

It was very hard for us to endorse vendors because we compare to our high standards. The one we have chosen have really earned our trust. We have a good relationship with the Hyatt downtown which is 1/2 a mile away from Tabrizi's. Tabrizi's guests have a preferred rates and the Bride has a free upgrade to a suite. We also endorse certain vendors who we consider very professional, such as Photographers, DJ, Band, a Priest and a florist. These vendors have earned our respect based on previous experiences.

Q Do you offer an event planner?

We have very experienced professionals on our staff who are very detail oriented and know what is invloved in a wedding. Your stress can be diminished when you realize what we do other than serving food and beverage. If you wish to bring your own event planner we will look forward to working with her.

Q Do you offer discounts?

The wedding season starts in March and ends in mid Novemebr based on previous bookings. However we may consider a discount if we have few open unbooked dates. You can always ask!

Q Do you offer shuttle service?

Unfortubately due to liability issues with transportations, we do not at this current time.

Q What if the weather is inclement?

We never have 2 weddings at the same day, and the restaurant is always closed when we have a wedding. Therefore, in an inclement weather, we can perform the ceremony on the second floor, then bring all guests downstairs for the cocktail hour. This will give us the one hour needed to re-set.
