What is your pricing?
Pricing is based on the day of the week and month of the year of your wedding.
How do I reserve my date?
Dates are reserved on a first come basis. We do not hold any dates unless we have a deposit and signed contract. After these are received, your date is reserved for only you.
What is the deposit to hold a date for an event?
50% of the Rental fee. This advanced payment is due on the date of signing and will be credited toward the function cost.
Do you supply chairs & tables?
Yes, this is included in the price of the venue! We have special seating for the Bride & Groom at the head table, 4 custom wood tables for bridal party, round tables for guest, bar height tables for cocktail hour, buffet tables, cake/sweet table, and beautiful mahogany Chiavari chairs for your guest.
Can I use any vendors I wish?
Yes, however ONLY LICENSED vendors with an appropriate level of liability insurance will be permitted. License and Liability insurance certificates are due within 30 days of the event.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel a reservation therefore we will make every effort to re-book the Venue; however, if it is not rebooked, you forfeit all monies paid. If a cancellation is successfully rebooked on the scheduled date, all deposits will be refunded.
What Time Can The Wedding Party Or Vendors Get Access To The Facility?
You have the venue from 7:00 am until 11:59 pm (Midnight). 11:00 pm is last call for alcohol. Venders need enough time to exit the facility by Midnight.
