My husband and I were not quite sure what to expect when booking our wedding ceremony with Wedding Ministers Express, However, it was a wonderful experience. The staff was always pleasant and professional. Father Ken was our officiant and helped us to feel at ease as soon as we walked in the door. He performed a short, simple yet fun ceremony for us, and it was perfect! I'm glad we chose Wedding Ministers Express.

Nancy was the officiant for our wedding ceremony. She customized our ceremony to who we are as a couple and family by getting to know us and providing suggestions based on her vast experience. She made our ceremony fun and memorable, exactly what we wanted. Our guests raved about how much they enjoyed our ceremony and how memorable it was. Thanks GOD SQUAD.

My fiance and I found this vendor on Wedding Wire at short notice hoping we had finally found a minister for our wedding, but instead we found a heap of trouble. When I filled out the application on their website after 48 hours straight on call and 5 surgeries, I accidentally put my address in the venue address box. Not noticing this minute mistake, I submitted it. A few days later I was contacted and after some deliberation my fiance and I contacted the minister who had emailed me. Suffice to say, he was extraordinarily rude on the phone about the mistaken address when we told him the real address. We told him we would not be using his services and ended the call. This SHOULD have been the end of it, but he went on to harass my fiance with text messages which I will put below: Fwd: We can only quote on the information submitted to us. If your fiance had submitted the correct info, we wouldn't have this misunderstanding. The confusion Fwd: lies with him, not us. Happy to supply you with the info submitted by him, but it will not change our decision to refuse to marry you. Fwd: me: You seriously need to work on your customer service skills Fwd: Most of our clientele are reasonably intelegent, and capable of expressing correct information. In those cases we get along just fine. It's only after Fwd: we've wasted our time because of your mistakes, that we get a tad testy. I will, however, consider your advice. Thank you. First of all, he, for some reason, thought we were unhappy about the price. Even though we told him several times during our conversation that it was due to his rudeness. Rudeness over the phone I could have let slide, but harassing and insulting my fiance and myself, especially with incorrect spelling, is NOT excusable. We have filled complaints with the better business bureau and with their headquarters. I advise everyone in the Ozarks to forgo using this service, especially those of Father Ken Zelten who started this whole mess.

One word, arrogant. While looking for a minister, I sent a quote request to the God Squad. It came back for $299. Which is exactly as advertised on their website for a small holiday wedding. Today I got a follow up email asking if I was still interested, it was signed Father Ken Zelten, Director of Ceremonies. I responded 'I will not be needing your services. For what I am wanting $300 is way too expensive. I already scheduled another minister at half the cost.' The response I got back with no name attached was 'Yes, Bentleys are much more expensive than Toyotas. Have a beautiful celebration.' I couldn't believe how arrogant a team of ministers are when not selected to be my minister. I responded that I had lost respect for their company and would be writing this review on them. They choose to respond 'It's sad that a few couples look for the cheapest option available on the most important day of their lives. Perhaps WE're not the problem' I hope they do great things for other people, but I will never recommend them to anyone.
