DO NOT order from this company. I called and left messages every day for a week and sent 2 emails to check on the status of my order with no response. My bank account has been charged but I still have not received the item.

I purchased a ring from this vendor. Once received, we found that it was too large, so I sent it back with the required form to the company for an exchange a month and a half ago. I have left several voice messages and emails, with no response. The company will not get back in touch with me and still have not sent back my exchange or a refund. I have now filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
