Ladurée held a macaron-filled breakfast to help kickoff bridal week and introduce their wedding collection (cakes and éclairs and tartlets, oh my!). The famous French patisserie’s new Soho location—the only Ladurée in the U.S. with a full restaurant—boasts a garden dining room that’s perfect for a private outdoor bridal shower. On display were traditional croquembouche towers (which French brides serve for dessert in lieu of a wedding cake) charming mini favor boxes that hold macarons or candy-coated almonds you can have made in your wedding colors or covered in gold or silver leaf, and a decadent tiered cake. But the pièce de résistance was the pink Marie-Antoinette cake decorated with sugared pearls. Très magnifique!
