Asking your girls to stand beside you on your wedding day is a big deal. Especially with so many different ways to do it. We’ve seen crafted boxes filled with sweet goodies, ring pops, fortune cookies, I mean the list goes on and on. In fact we covered this topic in the past multiple times. So why do it again you ask? Because asking your besties to be your bridesmaids is an ever-evolving door. A door that needs fun and innovated ideas constantly.
On a Facebook group that I’m a part of, I asked what ideas brides had used to ask their bridesmaids. The one that stood out most, because I haven’t seen it overly done, were long-sleeve tops with custom Lily Pulitzer print names on the back.
Liz M. ordered the jerseys from Pink Anchor Shop on Etsy. She asked the shop owner Stacy to add ‘EST. 2016’ to commemorate the year each girl acquired said title. So personal and perfect!
Now the rest of these ideas may come across as overused, which is very possible. My suggestion is to use one of two of these ideas together in a basket or box.
Nothing beats something personalized. Especially when you’re popping the question to girls. Just take a look at this adorable ivory tote made by Han’made Designs from Etsy.
Do you have a group of girls who love and need that added dose of caffeine? Get them there own personalized coffee mug from Clever Holly Designs to show off their Starbucks addition.
Now I am completely OBSESSED with these labels. The coolest part is you can order for big or mini bottle of champagne or wine bottles. These mini champs bottle labels from Labels with Love are so beyond adorable.
This lucky bridesmaid received a DIY box filled with Chandon, a champagne flute, a little picture frame, Essie nail polish and two pieces from Jared The Galleria of Jewelry. Lucky lady! You too can make this box courtesy of Frog Prince Paperie.
Here are some completed bridesmaid proposal boxes that I found on Instagram and Pinterest. Perhaps one of these will provide you the inspiration you are looking for.
