Elegant Brewery Wedding

Tyler & Hannah
Date: June 10, 2017
Location: Washington, Missouri

Tyler and Hannah met in their hometown of Washington when they were just teens. They worked together for a while and gradually developed a relationship that turned into young love. They went off to college together and after almost 3 years, Tyler popped the question downtown Washington with friends and family (secretly) present!

Hannah has always had a passion for weddings, and it showed through the details throughout the entire day. From fresh florals laced throughout to the gold chandelier, it was all around a beautiful and elegant wedding. The envision as a whole was for the color scheme to be blush pink and gold, with pops of raspberry. The envision became a reality for the two on their wedding day!

Getting Ready

Hannah’s maid of honor had her own belt stitched onto her dress to stand out a little more. All 5 girls wore Hayley Paige Occasions by JLM Couture.

Hannah’s bridal gown came from the Allure Romance Collection, with a V-neck front and deep V-back. The ivory gown was head-to-toe lace with an illusion train.

This arbor was built by Tyler’s father, which was so special to both Tyler and Hannah. It was elegant and just what Hannah had envisioned all the way down to the gold chandelier.

Along with the lighting of the unity candle, the two also participated in the “Knot Tying Ceremony,” where they braided three strands symbolizing God, Husband, and Wife becoming one.

Bridal Party

Hannah’s florals consisted of pink peonies (her favorite!), white hydrangeas, light pink garden roses, raspberry garden roses, and light pink ranunculus which were also the men’s boutonnieres. The bouquets also had a mix of eucalyptus and wispy fern greenery.

Hannah lost her father a year before the wedding, but she had him with her throughout the entire day. The blue bandana wrapped around her bouquet and both of her brothers’ boutonnieres, belonged to her dad. Her older brothers both walked her down the aisle, too. Thankfully, Tyler was able to ask her fathers permission for her hand in marriage, and he was also present for the engagement, as well!

Reception & Details

The reception was held at the Washington Brewery in downtown Washington. This venue was the perfect rustic feel with brick walls and exposed ceilings draped with lights, a chandelier, and drapery for added elegance.

Each table had a charger topped with thank you notes from Tyler and Hannah to all of their guests.

All of the tables had fresh florals and greenery, with a mix of gold centerpieces and glowing candles. Hannah knew that she wanted light-up marquee letters somewhere at the reception-behind the head table was the perfect place and focal point!

Their guestbook was a personalized blank book that the guests filled with polaroids and sweet notes to the bride and groom!

Tyler and Hannah’s cake was a vanilla with raspberry filling, topped with buttercream icing and fresh peonies!
