Spring Wedding Style- Veils + More

Spring 2020 Bridal Head Wear— OH MY!!!!  It’s been a long time since bridal fashions have had such a big (and we mean BIG) bold new look in head wear! Veils, headbands, hats and more! Take a peek and let us know which styles you love, which you hate, and which ones you think you might like to try for your own I Do’s!!

The romantic Boho look continues strong and the architectural influence picks up steam. From simple flowers to vintage inspired circlets, from Juliet Caps to floppy hats

From Brides, with our thanks for always bringing the best in style!

3-D Florals

Like the 3-D floral appliqués cascading down the skirts of wedding dresses, 3-D florals were also adorning the tresses of the models walking the runways at Bridal Fashion Week. Fresh and fun, these hair accessories just scream springtime. Willowby by Watters featured these funky florals on kitschy headbands, while the new Blush by Hayley Paige collection showed them freely floating through hair. Either way, consider these the new flower crowns!Above: Wedding dress by Reem Acra

Barrettes

Barrettes for brides? Yes, please! The ’90s hair accessory staple has gotten a wedding-worthy makeover, thanks to a dose of sparkle and delicate detailing. These little baubles are just the thing to hold your hair out of your face for that perfect half-up, half-down wedding hairstyle.Above: Wedding dresses by Lela Rose

Hats

Hats off to this trend! While it may seem like an unexpected hair accessory for a wedding, we’re obsessed with this fashion-forward look. Try a wide-brimmed straw hat for nuptials inspired by the French countryside, or a floppy black hat for an indie boho/rock star look.

Circlets

With a whimsical, Renaissance-esque vibe, circlets are also capturing brides’ attention. We love them for a summer woodland wedding—or perhaps even a Game of Thrones–inspired bash!Above: Style WG3949, Galina by David’s Bridal
